About the Maidenhead Paintball Centre

The centre is set within a stunning woodland location in the heart of the Berkshire countryside, providing a premier tactical environment for players of all levels. As you can imagine, there is a stark contrast between the intense, themed game zones and the peaceful natural surroundings – especially when you catch sight of the impressive two-story fortress in the Siege of Stalingrad zone – which is perfect for photo opportunities while paintballing.

Finding us is easy

The centre has also made much use of the forest’s natural terrain, incorporating it into the basecamp and the 6 action-packed paintball game zones, giving it a unique and realistic feel. You will also appreciate the convenience of the location, situated just off the M4 at Junction 8/9 with ample parking for all guests. Whilst you are at the centre be sure to check out the speedball arena in the Chemical Alley gamezone – a popular attraction for guests looking for fast-paced action. To top it off, all of our friendly marshal team are specially trained – from gun maintenance to map strategy – so be sure to ask them for tips and tricks while you’re out playing!

Klaudia was an amazing hostess made everything very easy and was very accommodating
Just wanting to leave a review because the experience was fantastic! (This review is for Sunday 1st March).

It was my friend's stag party so it needed to be memorable, and i can definitely say that it was just that!

Our hosts were (please forgive me if I am wrong!) Crystal and Ben and they were fantastic hosts. The games were explained clearly and made complete sense, even to someone as daft as me! 😂 They were also incredibly friendly and personable people, and even the manager (I didn't catch his name from the demonstration, apologies!) was a friendly and helpful man.

Ben was solid for holding my gun for me between rounds (with the extended barrel equipped) and remembered who I was each time :) Crystal was a legend; I accidentally brought my phone with me so she held onto it while I played, and even offered to take a video on my phone for the stag do! I now have video evidence of one of my best friends getting owned by 200 paintballs!! So thank you Crystal and Ben (and the manager too, he was a legend!)

All in all, it was a very memorable/fun experience and the customer service was ON POINT!!

Thank you, Delta Force!

(The review is a few days later, I wanted to leave one here immediately but my memory is shockingly bad😂)

I had my first paintballing experience here today and it was so much fun! Krystal was an amazing marshall, she explained everything really well and was very supportive and lovely, going the extra mile for us all. I couldn't have asked for a better time, I want to go again as soon as possible!! If you have not been before and are scared (like I was!) just do it, it's not anywhere near as scary as I thought it would be, I barely felt the paintballs wearing baggy/thick jeans and a jumper and it was such a fun and hilarious day out 😊

I attended delta force paintball in Hemel Hempstead with my son and his friends, it was a birthday gift from me to my son. We really enjoyed hitting paintballs to members of opposite team members. I highly recommend delta force paintball to everyone.

A group of 14 of us from the office recently visited Delta Force Paintball North London (Hemel Hempstead) for a team day out, and I have to say it was a fantastic experience overall. From start to finish, the day was filled with adrenaline, laughter, and a good mix of competitiveness and camaraderie. Everyone in our group – ranging from complete beginners to those who had tried paintball before – found the games engaging, fun, and memorable.

The venue itself is very well laid out with a variety of game zones that keep things exciting. Each round feels different, with imaginative scenarios and plenty of cover spots, so there’s never a dull moment. The marshals deserve a lot of credit too. They are very strict when it comes to the rules, and while at first it may feel like they are being overly cautious, you quickly realise how necessary it is. A stray pellet can catch you even in what you think is a safe area, so the fact that they repeatedly reinforced safety procedures was actually reassuring. Their vigilance meant that we could focus on enjoying ourselves without worrying about accidents. I really appreciated their professionalism and attentiveness, especially given how large our group was.

Now, the only real drawback – and the reason I’m giving four stars instead of five – is the way paint pellets are used up. You genuinely don’t realise how quickly they run out. Each game is so immersive that you’re firing away constantly, and before you know it, your initial supply is finished. Of course, you can buy more, but to keep playing and having fun with the rest of the group, you almost have no choice but to keep topping up. This wouldn’t be an issue if it was just a few extra pounds here and there, but by the end of the day most of us in our office group had spent close to £90 per person once you included pellet refills on top of the entry cost. That definitely adds up, and I can see it being a surprise to anyone going in for the first time.

That being said, I don’t want this to overshadow the positives. We genuinely had an amazing time together, and the atmosphere was great. It’s one of those experiences where you look back and laugh at the “battlefield stories” with your colleagues. If you’re planning a group activity and want something energetic, competitive, and a little bit different, this place ticks all the boxes. Just be mindful of your budget when it comes to paint pellets, and you’ll have a brilliant day out.

Overall rating: 4 stars – great fun, brilliant staff and marshals, but be prepared for the extra costs.
